The following are the terms and conditions that you agree to by accepting the services of MarianasLIVING.com:

By allowing us to list your property on our website, you hereby agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please inform us so that we can remove your listing.

The rental placement commission for finding a tenant for a house or property is equivalent to one month’s rent. You agree to market your property for the same price that you list with us. You also authorize us to collect our payment directly from the Tenant. In the event that payment is paid directly to you, you agree to pay us within one week of receiving payment.

By allowing us to list your property for sale or long term lease, you agree to the following:

You agree to pay at the time of closing the fixed commission. You as the owner or legal representative of the Property warrant that you have the right and lawful authority to sell or lease the property and that the Property is free of encumbrances and not subject to limitation of any kind. You also agree to furnish a certificate showing a good and merchantable title of record. You represent and warrant that the Property description is correct and that you agree to indemnify and hold Laguna Blue Marketing Group and any and all others relying thereon, harmless for any errors therein.
